Bottega Veneta Wholesale Intern

1. Produce weekly and monthly wholesale sales reporting by style, account and door; maintain accuracy of reporting datasets.
2. Track purchase orders and update shipping and invoicing logs on a weekly basis.
3. Support preparation and execution of seasonal wholesale campaigns and markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations and creation of buy books.
4. Manage samples and online product copy; provide general administrative support to the wholesale team.
5. Own market presentation in assigned department stores; perform competitive analyses to identify business opportunities and protect the brand’s wholesale presence.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, for managing large datasets.
2. Strong written communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
3. Positive, proactive attitude and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
4. Available to work 32 hours per week on-site in the New York corporate office.
5. Enrolled student able to receive academic credit for a paid internship (academic credit is required).
