Bottega Veneta Wholesale Analyst Intern

1. Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily activities such as delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
3. Conduct analysis and extraction of allocated/shipped progress during the season.
4. Collect data for events with corresponding documentation.
5. Support monthly management of analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/franchisee clients.
6. Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
7. Perform weekly website checks to ensure compliance with company guidelines, alignment with competitors, and brand image.
8. Assist the Area Manager during business trips in preparing materials and following up with clients.
9. Support the Area Manager in organizing and managing training sessions for the wholesale channel.
10. Assist in managing and organizing sales campaign appointments.
11. Prepare necessary materials during sales campaigns, including budget sheets, ST data, and merchandising reports.
12. Manage client interactions during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
13. Enter and modify orders and follow up with clients.
14. Verify orders in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for PO dispatch.

1. Eligibility to undertake a curricular internship of at least 6 months while enrolled in a degree program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Good command of English, with a preference for knowledge of a second language.
3. Strong relational skills.
4. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
6. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
7. Teamwork capability.

Previous internship experience in back office or a similar role within a wholesale team is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a degree program.
