Bottega Veneta Wholesale Analyst Intern

1. Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily activities including delivery, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
3. Conduct analysis and extraction of allocated/shipped progress during the season.
4. Collect data for events with corresponding documentation.
5. Support monthly management of analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/Franchisee clients.
6. Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
7. Perform weekly website checks to ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand image alignment with competitors.
8. Assist the Area Manager with travel preparations and client follow-ups.
9. Aid in organizing and managing training sessions for the Wholesale channel.
10. Support the management and organization of sales campaign appointments.
11. Prepare necessary materials for sales campaigns, including budget sheets, ST data, and merchandising reports.
12. Manage client interactions during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
13. Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients.
14. Verify orders in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for PO dispatch.

1. Eligible to activate a curricular internship of at least 6 months, currently enrolled in a degree program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Good command of English, with a preference for additional language skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.
5. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
6. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
7. Teamwork capabilities.

Previous internship experience in a back-office or similar role within a wholesale team is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a degree program.
