1. Provide day-to-day back-office support in coordination with the Area Manager.
2. Assist wholesale clients with daily activities such as deliveries, swaps, reorders, returns, and repairs, in collaboration with the Area Manager and Customer Service.
3. Conduct analyses and extract data on allocated/shipped progress during the season.
4. Collect data and documentation for events.
5. Support monthly management of analytical data (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) for SIS/Franchisee clients.
6. Manage EMEA e-commerce assets and follow up with clients.
7. Perform weekly website checks to ensure compliance with company guidelines, alignment with competitors, and brand image.
8. Assist the Area Manager in preparing materials and follow-up with clients during business trips.
9. Organize and manage training sessions for the wholesale channel.
10. Support the management and organization of sales campaign appointments.
11. Prepare necessary materials during sales campaigns, including budget sheets, ST data, and merchandising reports.
12. Manage client relations during sales campaigns in coordination with the Area Manager.
13. Enter and modify orders, and follow up with clients.
14. Verify orders in the system and coordinate with Customer Service for PO dispatch.

1. Eligibility to activate a curricular internship for at least 6 months.

1. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency in English, with a preference for additional language skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Robust analytical and organizational capabilities.
5. Ability to work in a goal-driven, fast-paced, and flexible environment.
6. Strong work ethic, high energy level, and attention to detail.
7. Teamwork capability.

Previous internship experience in back-office or similar roles within a wholesale team is preferred.
