Visual Merchandiser

1. Support the Visual Merchandising function across all projects in the Northern Europe region.
2. Ensure the brand's image and visual merchandising directives are consistently upheld.
3. Regularly visit stores in the region, spending approximately 70% of working time in-store.
4. Train and coach In-Store Visual Ambassadors to support their development.
5. Collaborate with Area Managers, GMM, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to maximize sales through strong visual merchandising and window displays.
6. Visit all DOS and Outlet stores regularly to maintain high standards and execute within agreed timelines.
7. Interpret, adapt, and implement visual directives for consistency across stores.
8. Conceptualize and realize windows and internal displays that align with the brand ethos.
9. Prepare reports after store visits and monthly/bimonthly reports on window/indoor changes and action plans.
10. Provide support for new store openings.
11. Coordinate and maintain updated visual tools in each store.
12. Support HQ and Regional Activities as needed.

1. Previous experience of at least 5 years as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retailer or within the artistic world.

2. Good planning and organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends.
4. Ability to concentrate and work to tight deadlines.
5. Self-motivated, energetic, and practical.
6. Good computer skills (Office, Photoshop).
7. Fluent in Italian and English.
8. Availability to travel.

At least 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retailer or within the artistic world.
