1. Support the Visual Merchandising function across the Northern Europe region, ensuring brand image and VM directives are consistently upheld.
2. Train and coach In-Store Visual Ambassadors to support their development.
3. Collaborate with Area Managers, GMM, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to optimize store solutions and maximize sales through effective VM and window displays.
4. Conduct regular visits to DOS and Outlet stores to maintain high standards and execute within agreed timelines.
5. Interpret, adapt, and implement visual directives for consistent execution across stores.
6. Conceptualize and realize windows and internal displays that align with the brand ethos.
7. Prepare detailed reports following store visits and monthly/bimonthly recaps of window/indoor changes and action plans.
8. Provide comprehensive support for new store openings.
9. Coordinate and maintain updated visual tools in each store.
10. Assist in HQ and Regional Activities as needed.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retailer or within the artistic world.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Availability to travel.

3. Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
5. Self-motivated, energetic, and practical.
6. Proficient in computer skills, including Office and Photoshop.

A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising within the fashion retail sector or related artistic fields is required.
