- Support the Visual Merchandising function across the Northern Europe region, ensuring brand image and VM directives are consistently upheld.
- Train and coach In-Store Visual Ambassadors to support their development.
- Collaborate with Area Managers, GMM, Merchandisers, and Store Managers to optimize store solutions and maximize sales through effective VM and window displays.
- Conduct regular visits to DOS and Outlet stores to maintain high standards and execute within agreed timelines.
- Interpret, adapt, and implement visual directives for consistent execution across stores.
- Conceptualize and realize windows and internal displays that align with the brand ethos.
- Prepare detailed reports following store visits and monthly/bimonthly recaps of window/indoor changes and action plans.
- Provide comprehensive support for new store openings.
- Coordinate and maintain updated visual tools in each store.
- Assist in HQ and Regional Activities as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retailer or within the artistic world.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Availability to travel.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and solid knowledge of current trends.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and practical.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Office and Photoshop.
A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising within the fashion retail sector or related artistic fields is required.
