Bottega Veneta Store Supervisor

- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining and updating client profile records.
- Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey, sharing feedback with management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Utilize training resources to educate team on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and autonomously set priorities.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, managing registers, and maintaining visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and high energy level.
3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.
