Bottega Veneta Vice President of Architecture & Preservation

1. Oversee the design, planning, and construction of regional projects, including flagship stores, wholesale locations, and special projects in collaboration with the Worldwide Architecture & Preservation team.
2. Conduct independent site visits during various construction phases for weekly progress reviews and ensure compliance with brand and department standards.
3. Prioritize and manage multiple projects of varying scope and size, ensuring completion within limited timelines and budget constraints.
4. Review construction documents and millwork shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to brand and industry standards, coordinating with local landlords and regulations.
5. Conduct feasibility analyses for new locations and provide cost and time estimates for all projects in the Americas region.
6. Manage an internal team of Project Managers, a Facilities Manager, and an intern, while leading relationships with external consultants, suppliers, and vendors.
7. Monitor the approval flow of design for all projects.
8. Facilitate communication between the Architecture & Preservation department and other departments to ensure project efficiency.

1. At least 10 years of project/construction management experience, preferably within luxury retail and wholesale boutiques.
2. Proven ability to manage architects, contractors, and support vendors.
3. Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
4. Ability to follow instructions and departmental procedures and standards.
5. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
8. Aptitude for reading architectural construction documents and basic knowledge of architectural language and drawing notes to industry standards.
9. Knowledge and/or experience working in major U.S. markets.
10. Capacity to work independently and as a team player while maintaining professionalism.
11. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (20%-30% travel anticipated).

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Annual base salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, plus discretionary bonus.
