- Oversee the design, planning, and construction of regional projects, including flagship stores, wholesale locations, and special projects in collaboration with the Worldwide Architecture & Preservation team.
- Conduct independent site visits during various construction phases for weekly progress reviews and ensure compliance with brand and department standards.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects of varying scope and size, ensuring completion within limited timelines and budget constraints.
- Review construction documents and millwork shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to brand and industry standards, coordinating with local landlords and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility analyses for new locations and provide cost and time estimates for all projects in the Americas region.
- Manage an internal team of Project Managers, a Facilities Manager, and an intern, while leading relationships with external consultants, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor the approval flow of design for all projects.
- Facilitate communication between the Architecture & Preservation department and other departments to ensure project efficiency.
- At least 10 years of project/construction management experience, preferably within luxury retail and wholesale boutiques.
- Proven ability to manage architects, contractors, and support vendors.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and departmental procedures and standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
- Aptitude for reading architectural construction documents and basic knowledge of architectural language and drawing notes to industry standards.
- Knowledge and/or experience working in major U.S. markets.
- Capacity to work independently and as a team player while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (20%-30% travel anticipated).

A minimum of 10 years in project or construction management, ideally within the luxury retail and wholesale sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
