Bottega Veneta Vice President of Architecture & Preservation

- Oversee the design, planning, and construction of regional projects including flagships, wholesale, and special projects in collaboration with the Worldwide Architecture & Preservation team.
- Conduct independent site visits during various phases of construction for weekly progress reviews and track project reports to ensure adherence to brand and department standards.
- Prioritize multiple projects of varying scope and size, ensuring completion within limited timelines and budget constraints.
- Review construction documents and millwork shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and conformance to brand and industry standards while coordinating with local landlords and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for new locations and provide cost and time estimates for all projects in the Americas region.
- Manage the performance of an internal team consisting of two Project Managers, one Facilities Manager, and one intern, while leading relationships with all external consultants, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor the approval flow of design for all projects.
- Facilitate communication between Architecture & Preservation and other departments to ensure project efficiency.
- At least 10 years of related project or construction management experience, preferably within luxury retail and wholesale boutiques.
- Proven ability to manage architects, contractors, and support vendors.
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and departmental procedures and standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project), Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.
- Aptitude for reading architectural construction documents with basic knowledge of architectural language and drawing notes to industry standards preferred.
- Knowledge and/or experience working in major U.S. markets.
- Capacity to work both independently and as a team player while maintaining professionalism.

A minimum of 10 years in project or construction management, with a focus on luxury retail and wholesale environments.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Annual base salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, plus discretionary bonus.
