1. Utilize internal systems to manage orders during sales campaigns.
2. Ensure delivery and returns align with business strategy and country constraints.
3. Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to provide superior service.

5. Contribute to the planning and execution of business activities.
6. Facilitate information collection to monitor business trends and opportunities.

1. 2-3 years of experience in order management or supply chain.

1. Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong collaborative problem-solving abilities.
5. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high volumes of tasks.

2-3 years of experience in order management or supply chain is required.
