- Serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve client complaints or conflicts with professionalism.
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategies.
- Employ effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify solutions for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Foster team collaboration by sharing information and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Inspire trust and contribute to a positive work environment, particularly in challenging situations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback for skill and performance enhancement.
- Conduct monthly touch-base meetings under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
- Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position within the luxury retail industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
