Responsibilities
- Act as point of reference when the Store Manager is not present.
- Support the Store Manager to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Handle client complaints or conflicts.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy.
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize store potential.
- Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales opportunities.
- Contribute to team building by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM use.
- Uphold company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information updated and manage store transfer requests.
- Inspire trust and maintain a positive environment.
- Deliver excellence in customer service.
- Identify and evaluate team strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide effective feedback for skills and performance improvement.
- Deliver monthly touch base with supervision from ASM or SM.
- Ensure procedures are followed in the absence of SM or ASM.
