1. Act as point of reference when the Store Manager is not present.
2. Support the Store Manager to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
3. Handle client complaints or conflicts.
4. Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy.
5. Use effective selling techniques to maximize store potential.
6. Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales opportunities.
7. Contribute to team building by sharing information and best practices.
8. Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM use.
9. Uphold company standards and procedures.
10. Keep stock information updated and manage store transfer requests.
11. Inspire trust and maintain a positive environment.
12. Deliver excellence in customer service.
13. Identify and evaluate team strengths and areas for improvement.
14. Provide effective feedback for skills and performance improvement.
15. Deliver monthly touch base with supervision from ASM or SM.
16. Ensure procedures are followed in the absence of SM or ASM.
