1. Serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
2. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Address and resolve client complaints or conflicts.
4. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
5. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
6. Support the Store Manager in identifying solutions to enhance sales opportunities.

8. Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
9. Uphold company standards and procedures.
10. Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
11. Inspire trust through honesty and contribute to a positive work environment.
12. Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards.
13. Evaluate team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback.
14. Conduct monthly touch base meetings with supervision from the ASM or SM.
15. Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the SM or ASM.
