1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with quick and accurate stock checks and prompt delivery to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management.
4. Execute routine cycle counts and address inventory discrepancies with management.
5. Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
6. Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store functionality.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 3+ years of operational experience in a complex retail stockroom or luxury retail environment.
2. Experience with international/domestic freight (e.g., FedEx/UPS) is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA, SAP, RFID, etc.
3. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar operational role within a complex retail or luxury retail environment is required.
