Bottega Veneta Store Operations Specialist

- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with quick and accurate stock checks and prompt delivery to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management.
- Execute routine cycle counts and address inventory discrepancies with management.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
- Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store functionality.
- Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 3+ years of operational experience in a complex retail stockroom or luxury retail environment.
- Experience with international/domestic freight (e.g., FedEx/UPS) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Experience with JDA, SAP, RFID, etc.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar operational role within a complex retail or luxury retail environment is required.
