Bottega Veneta Store Manager

- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and adherence to the company's image standards.
- Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and store sales.
- Ensure the quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books, collaborating with them to propose action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Conduct staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
- Maintain a fair and respectful environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial position within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
