1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and adherence to the company's image standards.
2. Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and store sales.
5. Ensure the quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books, collaborating with them to propose action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Conduct staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions, including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a fair and respectful environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team, with organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong adaptability and in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial position within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
