- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and adherence to brand image.
- Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting overall store sales.
- Ensure the quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to propose action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are implemented.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to all clientele, upholding brand service values and standards while managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions effectively, including store opening and closing, register, and back office management procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and profound knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
