Bottega Veneta Store Manager

1. Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and company image.
2. Drive the achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth.
5. Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff’s client books and propose action plans.
6. Manage recruiting for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and standards.
10. Perform operational functions: store opening and closing, register, and back office management.
11. Maintain an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role

Annual base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
