1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and adherence to brand image.
2. Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting overall store sales.
5. Ensure the quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to propose action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are implemented.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to all clientele, upholding brand service values and standards while managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions effectively, including store opening and closing, register, and back office management procedures.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team, with organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong adaptability and profound knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
