- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance goals, customer service excellence, and brand image.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets for the store and individual sales goals.
- Maximize the business potential of the store and optimize sales by department in accordance with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their professional growth.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of data in sales staff's client books, collaborating with them to propose action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
