1. Lead and inspire the store team to achieve the highest business performance with a customer-centric approach.
2. Ensure consistent achievement of store sales, KPI goals, and clienteling targets.
3. Maximize business potential by driving sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Monitor product sell-through, assess trends, and provide commercial proposals to optimize stock levels.
5. Analyze store performance to identify opportunities and implement product/sales strategies.
6. Cultivate a strong client portfolio and create engaging client experiences in line with company standards.
7. Mentor and motivate staff, fostering teamwork and partnering with HR for recruitment and onboarding.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and legal requirements, maintaining store appearance and reputation.

1. Proven experience of 5-7 years in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage teams effectively.
3. In-depth knowledge of fashion and luxury trends, with the ability to embody the brand image.

1. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong analytical and numerical skills for budget management.
3. Exceptional communication abilities and team player mentality.
4. Proficiency in managing, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
5. Fluency in English is mandatory.

A minimum of 5-7 years in a comparable position within the fashion and luxury retail sector.
