- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company image standards.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets for the store and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies, support their growth, and drive sales.
- Ensure accurate and effective use of client books by sales staff, and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Conduct staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up procedures.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures consistently.
- Deliver outstanding service to clientele, maintaining brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Adaptability and strong knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
