1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exemplary customer service, and adherence to brand image.
2. Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store and departmental sales potential in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
5. Ensure quality and proper use of sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring follow-up on development steps.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
11. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.
