- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive store and individual sales targets, maximizing business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies, supporting individual and overall store sales growth.
- Monitor and ensure quality data management in sales staff client books, collaborating on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.

- Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.

- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Adaptability with strong knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
