1. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive store and individual sales targets, maximizing business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
3. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies, supporting individual and overall store sales growth.
4. Monitor and ensure quality data management in sales staff client books, collaborating on action plans.
5. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
6. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring follow-up on development steps.
7. Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
9. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
10. Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
