1. Support store operations, including business performance, customer service, and company image.
2. Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in line with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive sales.
5. Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
6. Manage recruiting for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff trainings and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and standards.
10. Perform operational functions: open/close store, register, and back office management.
11. Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
2. Ability to work in a team, with organizational awareness and flexibility.
3. Strong knowledge of products and philosophy of the brand.
4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Annual base salary range of $125,000 - $135,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
