1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and adherence to company image standards.
2. Drive the achievement of sales targets for the store and individual team members.
3. Maximize store and departmental sales potential in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their professional growth.
5. Ensure accurate and effective use of client books by sales staff and develop action plans to enhance customer engagement.
6. Manage recruitment processes for store associates, maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures consistently.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, register management, and back-office tasks.
11. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $165,000 - $175,000, plus discretionary bonus.
