- Drive the achievement of sales targets for the store and individual team members.
- Maximize store and departmental sales potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their professional growth.
- Ensure accurate and effective use of client books by sales staff and develop action plans to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage recruitment processes for store associates, maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures consistently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, register management, and back-office tasks.

- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Strong team collaboration abilities and organizational awareness.

- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

Annual base salary range of $165,000 - $175,000, plus discretionary bonus.
