1. Lead and manage the prestigious Lighthouse store in Milan, driving business growth and optimizing productivity.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and client engagement.
3. Maximize store business potential by monitoring key business metrics, including KPIs and sell-through rates.
4. Facilitate and participate in the store buying strategy to align with company objectives.
5. Maintain a luxury environment and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
6. Foster strong relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring personalized luxury experiences.
7. Lead clienteling initiatives and oversee exclusive events to strengthen customer loyalty.
8. Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing, client-centric team.
9. Ensure store compliance with company procedures, policies, and Health & Safety requirements.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury retail sector.
2. Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
3. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

2. Excellent communication and team management skills.
3. Analytical skills with a focus on numerical sensitivity and budget management.
4. Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team.

5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury retail sector.
