1. Lead the prestigious Lighthouse store in Milan, driving business growth and managing a diverse team.
2. Ensure achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and client engagement.
3. Maximize store business potential by monitoring key metrics, including KPIs and sell-through rates.
4. Facilitate product and sales strategies, participating in the store buying strategy.
5. Maintain a luxury environment and ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
6. Represent Bottega Veneta and manage VIC initiatives to develop a strong client portfolio.
7. Foster long-term relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring personalized luxury experiences.
8. Lead clienteling initiatives and oversee exclusive events and bespoke services.
9. Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing, client-centric team.
10. Ensure store compliance with company procedures, policies, and Health & Safety requirements.

1. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury Retail contexts.
2. Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
4. Proficiency in managing budgets and analyzing numerical data.
5. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
