Bottega Veneta Stock Associate (Part-time, June–August)

1. Receive, inspect and record incoming merchandise; verify quantities and quality against delivery documentation
2. Label, scan and store stock accurately using store inventory procedures
3. Maintain optimal stock levels on the shop floor through timely replenishment and visual merchandising support
4. Execute regular stock takes, reconcile discrepancies and report variances to management
5. Process stock paperwork, transfers and other administrative inventory tasks
6. Organize and maintain an orderly, secure stockroom to luxury retail standards

1. Previous experience in stock, inventory or back-of-house retail operations
2. Fluent written and spoken English
3. High attention to detail and an organised working style
4. Flexible availability and a client-oriented, team-focused attitude
5. Basic computer literacy and experience using inventory or retail systems

1. Receiving and checking deliveries
2. Labeling and barcode scanning
3. Stockroom organisation
4. Inventory counts (stock takes) and reconciliation
5. Shop floor replenishment and merchandising support
6. Basic computer skills / retail inventory systems

Previous experience in a similar stock or inventory role within retail is required; experience in luxury or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
