Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries by verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with prompt stock checks and delivery to the sales floor as needed.
- Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by management.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
- Maximize stock space for easy access and operational efficiency.
- Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment preferred.
- Experience with international/domestic freight companies such as FedEx/UPS is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills with a preference for Excel experience.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment is preferred, with additional experience in freight handling considered a plus.
