1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt, accurate stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed.
4. Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Organize shipping area and ensure outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment preferred.
2. Experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.

1. Ability to execute multiple tasks and manage challenging priorities with attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability.
6. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
7. Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods.
8. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of experience preferred in a complex retail stock room environment.

Salary range of $21.00-23.00/hr with overtime eligibility.
