Bottega Veneta Southern Europe Visual Merchandising Manager

1. Manage all aspects of visual merchandising services for Southern Europe, including new store openings, product launches, and seasonal programs across more than 45 stores.
2. Oversee window changes in accordance with global HQ guidelines, including product and prop ordering, logistics coordination, and on-site setup.
3. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards across all stores and resorts in the region, aligning with global directives.
4. Manage orders for special windows and supervise installation.
5. Report and document all visual changes with photos after store visits.
6. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to align VM execution with delivery calendars and collection retro-planning by store.
7. Promote brand image through impactful and creative displays.
8. Manage visual displays for special events such as trunk shows, previews, and press events.
9. Coach, develop, and motivate the Southern Europe VM team and store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
10. Control assigned VM travel budget and collaborate with the EMEA VM Manager on budget management.
11. Proactively solve VM challenges across diverse markets and resort environments.
12. Approve store setup reports and ensure consistency across all Southern Europe stores and resorts.
13. Collaborate closely with Global HQ for special projects, fashion week setups, and high-profile installations.

1. 5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising for a fashion retailer or within the artistic/luxury sector.
2. Proven leadership and people management skills with the capability to manage a cross-country team.
3. Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-country, collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical skills combined with solid managerial expertise.

8. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or other Southern European languages is a plus.
