Bottega Veneta Southern Europe Visual Merchandising Manager

- Oversee visual merchandising strategy and execution across seven countries, including Italy, France, Monaco, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Turkey.
- Manage visual merchandising services for over 45 stores, including new store openings, product launches, and seasonal programs.
- Ensure compliance with global visual merchandising standards and directives.
- Coordinate window changes, including product and prop ordering, logistics, and on-site setup.
- Document and report visual changes with photographic evidence after store visits.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to align visual merchandising execution with delivery schedules and collection planning.
- Promote brand image through creative and impactful displays.
- Manage visual displays for special events such as trunk shows, previews, and press events.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Visual Merchandisers and store teams.
- Control the visual merchandising travel budget and collaborate with the EMEA Visual Merchandising Manager on budget management.
- Solve visual merchandising challenges creatively across diverse markets and resort environments.
- Approve store setup reports to ensure consistency across all Southern Europe stores and resorts.
- Collaborate with Global HQ on special projects, fashion week setups, and high-profile installations.
- 5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Proven leadership and people management skills for cross-country team management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of current trends.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across Southern Europe.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and practical.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and/or other Southern European languages is advantageous.
