- Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy for small leather goods.
- Participate in the creation of the collection plan to identify new product opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis, including product typology, mix, and price mapping.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track collection progress.
- Perform weekly and monthly sales analysis and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Create documentation for seasonal marketing activities and product launch events.
- Manage collection samples and support daily merchandising department activities.
- Assist in showroom preparation and the creation of buying decks for selling campaigns.
- Manage sample assortments and coordinate catalogue requests with product development teams.
- Develop product descriptions and ensure hierarchy checks in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support in the development of collection training materials to convey collection inspirations and strategies.
- Prepare sell-in analysis at the end of selling campaigns.
- Successful completion of studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent fields.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
- Aesthetic sensibility and product knowledge with a passion for fashion.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of six months of experience in similar roles or in-store, including internships, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
