- Participate in the development of the collection plan to identify new product opportunities.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, including product typology, mix, and price mapping.
- Collaborate with the Product Development Team to monitor collection progress.
- Perform weekly and monthly sell-out analysis and generate sales reports.
- Create documentation for seasonal marketing activities and product launch events.
- Manage collection samples and support daily merchandising activities.
- Assist in showroom preparation, including line sheets and collection files.
- Manage product categories and sample assortments in response to requests.
- Develop product descriptions and ensure hierarchy checks in collaboration with departments.
- Support the development of collection training to convey inspirations and strategies.
- Prepare sell-in analysis at the end of the selling campaign.
- Successful completion of studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Six months of experience in similar roles, including internships, is preferred.
- In-store experience is a plus.
- Aesthetic sensibility and product knowledge with a strong analytical mindset.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive approach.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
Six months of experience in similar roles, including internships, is preferred.
Studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent.
