- Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand ethos and utilizing the BV sales methodology.
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective client engagement, needs assessment, product storytelling, and superior after-sales service.
- Learn from the Boutique Manager and store team to maximize business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrate energy and proactivity, actively seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
- Collect customer feedback on collections and provide insights to the Boutique Manager.
- Gather information on competitor activities by visiting competitors and staying informed through editorials and magazines.
- Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide and seek support from colleagues.
- Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
