1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand ethos and utilizing the BV sales methodology.
2. Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective client engagement, needs assessment, product storytelling, and superior after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Boutique Manager and store team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Demonstrate energy and proactivity, actively seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and provide insights to the Boutique Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activities by visiting competitors and staying informed through editorials and magazines.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide and seek support from colleagues.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
7. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
