- Collaborate with the Pattern Making Manager and style and product office representatives to gather project information.
- Coordinate with the Prototyping team to address and resolve issues, ensuring products meet stylistic requirements and are suitable for industrial replication.
- Develop patterns from technical and stylistic drawings, inputting all necessary technical information into the system for prototype/sample creation, while monitoring and updating data throughout development phases.
- Share product development information with Pattern Making colleagues and participate in technical analysis meetings for production refinement.
- Complete model engineering to prepare for production launch phases.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing industries.
- Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician (specialized schools/masters in the fashion sector).
- Proficiency in major CAD programs (preferably Teseo).
- Understanding of leather goods product development processes, leather types, and metal accessories.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and management systems.
- Strong work planning capabilities.
- Teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Italy.
A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in leather goods manufacturing, possessing a deep understanding of pattern making and industrialization processes.
Technical training as a pattern maker or fashion technician.
