1. Develop customized architectural projects focusing on store layouts and floor plans for various regions, considering factors such as store size, location, and target customer profile.
2. Ensure projects align with Bottega Veneta’s purpose, meeting both aesthetic and business requirements.
3. Reflect brand identity and merchandising strategies in store designs while accommodating regional variations.
4. Prepare design packages, floor plans, fixture layouts, and store planning presentations using CAD software and 3D models.
5. Collaborate with designers, retail, and visual merchandising teams to translate guidelines into cohesive store designs.
6. Work with R&D and procurement to ensure design feasibility from cost and technical perspectives.
7. Conduct store visits to ensure project and quality standards are met, and gather data on store performance.
8. Foster knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among regional architecture teams.
9. Maintain consistency in brand image and standards across all regions while allowing for regional flexibility.
10. Monitor and evaluate store layout performance using metrics such as sales per square foot and customer satisfaction scores.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2. Proven working experience of at least 5 years in a similar role

1. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling
2. Proficiency in English and Italian, both verbal and written
3. Highly organized, structured, and proactive

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
