1. Develop and update sales forecasts by SKU and market in collaboration with regional teams.
2. Translate demand forecasts into order plans aligned with sales and stock objectives.
3. Analyze historical trends, seasonality, collection performance, and commercial inputs.
4. Partner with Retail and Collection Merchandising teams to ensure consistency between carryover assortment and seasonal collections.
5. Monitor key KPIs including stock coverage and forecast accuracy.
6. Build sales plans by product family, distinguishing among seasonal, carryover, and still-valid assortments.
7. Work closely with Retail Merchandising during the selling campaign to define orders and targets for seasonal products.
8. Track and assess the forecast accuracy for planning activities.
9. Monitor production progress and adherence to delivery timelines.
10. Work with Production and Procurement teams to manage priorities, early deliveries, or delays.
11. Analyze the impact of delivery changes on sales, stock levels, and allocations.
12. Propose corrective actions to mitigate risks of shortages or overstock.
13. Ensure continuous alignment between order planning, production capacity, and delivery schedules.

1. 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Planning roles, preferably within structured fashion or retail companies.
2. Excellent command of English.

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex datasets.
2. Good understanding of collection processes, seasonality, and fashion industry dynamics.
3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and planning systems.

3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Planning roles, preferably within structured fashion or retail companies.
