1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through a clienteling approach.
3. Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
4. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience in line with Bottega Veneta's Client Journey.
5. Demonstrate understanding of luxury fashion, collections, and trends.
6. Present alternative items to clients to enhance their understanding of the collection.
7. Maintain a positive approach and contribute to teamwork, adapting to different personalities.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock items promptly.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
