1. Monitor the entry of customer orders, including collection, press, reorders, and capsules, ensuring compliance with production minimums.
2. Prepare the initial production launch and delivery schedule in collaboration with the Planning Manager, adhering to established timelines.
3. Coordinate with technical, modeling, and industrialization teams to manage production launch priorities, pre-production sample approvals, and CAD/modeling industrialization.
4. Define and oversee production launches, liaising with the purchasing team for raw material delivery updates and production advancement teams to assess production capacity.
5. Maintain and update company reports on production launches, reorders, press and special items, and delivery schedules.
6. Advance special item requests, assess feasibility, finalize technical data, initiate production launches, and activate quality control for delivery plans.
7. Actively participate in the implementation, evaluation, and enhancement of planning systems.

1. 3-5 years of experience in luxury apparel production management.
2. Excellent proficiency in information systems such as Stealth, planning tools, PLM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong command of spoken and written English.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and interaction skills.
5. Precision and effective communication abilities.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and determination.
7. Flexibility and dynamism to thrive in evolving business environments.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
