1. Analyze global store network data to monitor retail KPIs.
2. Manage strategic retail performance projects.
3. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence brand strategy.
4. Collaborate with Retail/Area Managers to monitor store KPIs and identify business opportunities.
5. Support regional retail teams in evaluating action plan impacts.
6. Work with Kering and internal BI teams to develop automated reports.
7. Create presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
8. Research industry benchmarks and luxury market trends.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or Data Science.
2. At least 4 years of experience in a retail business-related area.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
3. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
6. Knowledge of luxury market, CRM, ecommerce, or retail.

A minimum of 4 years in a retail business-related area is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or Data Science.
