Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Coordinator

- Serve as the primary liaison between stores and headquarters, ensuring swift resolution of operational issues and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate regular store orders, consolidating requests and liaising with relevant departments for timely delivery.
- Report and coordinate maintenance needs with the local Facility team, ensuring proper execution and follow-up.
- Collect and assess monthly maintenance checklists from stores, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to ensure regulatory compliance and support retail teams.
- Assist stores with IT-related issues and facilitate escalation processes.
- Lead selected pilot projects, supporting implementation and knowledge sharing across store teams.
- Coordinate meetings for store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring alignment with headquarters.
- Liaise between stores and the Inventory Control department, providing feedback and support during inventory operations.
- Implement new procedures and guidelines, providing training and supervision to retail teams.
- Support stores in executing after-sales processes, ensuring alignment with headquarters standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Solid project management capabilities with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
- Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally.
