1. Serve as the primary liaison between stores and headquarters, ensuring swift resolution of operational issues and adherence to company standards.
2. Coordinate regular store orders, consolidating requests and liaising with relevant departments for timely delivery.
3. Report and coordinate maintenance needs with the local Facility team, ensuring proper execution and follow-up.
4. Collect and assess monthly maintenance checklists from stores, escalating issues as needed.
5. Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to ensure regulatory compliance and support retail teams.
6. Assist stores with IT-related issues and facilitate escalation processes.
7. Lead selected pilot projects, supporting implementation and knowledge sharing across store teams.
8. Coordinate meetings for store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring alignment with headquarters.
9. Liaise between stores and the Inventory Control department, providing feedback and support during inventory operations.
10. Implement new procedures and guidelines, providing training and supervision to retail teams.
11. Support stores in executing after-sales processes, ensuring alignment with headquarters standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
2. Strong organizational and planning skills.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
4. Solid project management capabilities with a proactive mindset.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work autonomously in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
7. Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally.
8. Fluency in Italian and English.
