Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Coordinator

- Serve as the primary liaison between stores and headquarters, ensuring swift resolution of operational issues and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and coordinate regular store orders, including stationery, uniforms, and packaging, ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with relevant HQ departments.
- Report and coordinate maintenance needs with the local Facility team, ensuring proper execution and follow-up.
- Collect and review monthly maintenance checklists from stores, assessing and escalating issues to the Facility team as needed.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to ensure regulatory compliance and support retail teams in implementation.
- Assist stores with IT-related issues and facilitate escalation processes when necessary.
- Lead and support the implementation of pilot projects within the market, ensuring knowledge sharing across store teams.
- Coordinate project meetings for store openings, closures, and renovations, ensuring alignment with HQ functions and timely follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between stores and the Inventory Control department, supporting inventory operations and providing feedback on schedules.
- Implement new procedures and guidelines, providing training and supervision to retail teams on operational processes.
- Support stores in executing after-sales processes, ensuring alignment with HQ standards and monitoring performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid project management capabilities with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Autonomous and proactive work style, effective in multicultural and dispersed teams.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the luxury fashion or retail sector is required.
