1. Report daily banking administration to finance.
2. Manage POS systems and ensure accurate payment processes.
3. Oversee the banking log and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Liaise with Inventory Control and Finance for non-ordinary transactions.
5. Manage IT issues through Kering Connect.
6. Prepare store sales reporting tools.
7. Answer telephone and email queries for the store.
8. Act as Health & Safety Guarantor and prepare related reports.
9. Manage aftersales tickets and client relationships.
10. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and product knowledge.
11. Plan monthly rotas and manage export sales tracking.
12. Train new starters in operations and manage their onboarding.
13. Manage store maintenance and supplier relationships.
14. Support stock team with deliveries and export shipments.
