Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Assistant

- Report daily banking administration to finance.
- Ensure accurate payment processes and investigate discrepancies in POS management.
- Manage the banking log and ensure compliance with company policies regarding returns, cash transactions, discounts, and anti-money laundering.
- Coordinate with Inventory Control and Finance for non-ordinary transactions.
- Resolve IT issues through Kering Connect.
- Prepare sales reporting tools for performance monitoring.
- Handle telephone and email queries for the store.
- Act as Health & Safety Guarantor, prepare daily and weekly H&S checklists and reports, and serve as the trained First Aider.
- Manage aftersales tickets and follow-up using the Sales Force platform.
- Facilitate client and Atelier relationship management in Italy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle enquiries and complaints with superior product knowledge.
- Plan monthly rotas and manage export sales tracking.
- Oversee new starter management, including uniforms, phone accounts, and training.
- Present monthly morning briefs on operations topics.
- Manage store maintenance and supplier relationships.
- Support stock team with deliveries, transfers, and export shipments.
- Proven ability in handling customer service matters with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in aftersales management.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.

- Diplomatic, empathetic, and communicative nature.
- Proactive with strong initiative.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in aftersales management and customer service is required.
