- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports using in-house data systems and Excel.
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize stock through internal transfers, diversions, and reorders.
- Gather and respond to regional feedback during bi-weekly calls with local merchandising teams to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor production deliveries and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely collection delivery.
- Manage and follow up on product shipping and deliveries daily.
- Assist during Buying Markets, including premarket analysis and master order definition.
- Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional teams.
- Support the team with daily tasks.
- Currently enrolled in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month internship.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multicultural teams.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury fashion and retail merchandising is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
