1. Deliver the area's sales targets and manage sales performance across assigned stores
2. Define and execute store network, headcount and OPEX plans to optimise profitability
3. Drive category-by-category sales growth in alignment with company strategy
4. Empower, coach and develop Store Managers (SMs); delegate responsibility and promote accountability
5. Recruit, motivate and retain retail teams while ensuring collaboration and information sharing across the area
6. Ensure efficient use of CRM for clienteling and maintain excellence in customer service according to PRID standards
7. Manage stock optimisation and inventory allocation to maximise sell-through
8. Conduct competitor analysis, perform mystery visits and translate insights into coaching actions
9. Build and maintain effective relationships with department store partners and other external stakeholders

1. Minimum 10 years' experience in retail within fashion and accessories
2. At least 5 years' experience in a retail management role in fashion and accessories
3. University degree
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
