1. Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including bookings, scheduling, and materials preparation.
2. Maintain and update training calendars and libraries, ensuring accessibility and currency of resources.
3. Track and report training performance, managing surveys and generating reports.
4. Support CRM activities by producing reports, coordinating materials for projects, and assisting with email marketing operations.
5. Ensure CRM data accuracy and support store teams with client information for personalized outreach.
6. Coordinate logistics for private client events, including fashion shows and seasonal presentations.
7. Manage gifting inventories and update client lists, ensuring accuracy and readiness for activations.

1. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, plus overtime eligibility and discretionary bonus.
