- Oversee the development of the leather collection within the Leather & Denim Product Development team.
- Manage the coding of all models, compile bills of materials, and ensure accurate information transfer to suppliers.
- Participate in the handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
- Collect and update information on changes and improvements during fittings, ensuring technical sheets in PLM are current.
- Ensure timely delivery of prototypes adhering to company quality standards.
- Maintain and update the PLM system with data entries, amendments, and updates.
- Facilitate the correct handover of garments to production.
- Research special workmanships, embroideries, and finishing techniques as required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to leather.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
- Effective relationship management with Design and Merchandising teams.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion product development, with a focus on leather.
