Bottega Veneta Raw Materials Procurement Analyst

- Analyze material requirements using MRP systems and detailed forecasting analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as demand planning, merchandising, and production planning.
- Work with the planning office to achieve finished product delivery objectives.
- Analyze finished product demand across various dimensions including priority and consumption.
- Translate inputs from demand management and production planning into objectives for the purchasing department.
- Assist in the development of the financial purchasing budget, including volumes, timing, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor and manage material obsolescence in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Interface with various company departments such as material research, testing, intermediate stages, and quality control for information sharing.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to support the Purchasing Manager.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of IT tools supporting the Purchasing function in collaboration with IT and Business Intelligence.
- Participate in and lead improvement projects and initiatives.
- Manage orders and work orders related to raw materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule timely deliveries.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
- 3-5 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or demand planning roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations.
- Strong problem-solving, synthesis, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with systems such as Stealth, PLM, and Qlik is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
3-5 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or demand planning roles within the luxury fashion industry.
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
