Bottega Veneta Raw Materials Procurement Analyst

- Analyze material requirements using MRP systems and detailed forecast files.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as demand planning, merchandising, and production planning.
- Work with the planning office to achieve finished product delivery goals.
- Assess finished product demand across various dimensions including priority and consumption.
- Translate demand management and production planning inputs into objectives for the purchasing department.
- Assist in the development of the purchasing financial budget, including volumes, timing, prices, and inventory.
- Monitor and manage material obsolescence in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Interface with various departments such as materials research, testing and measurement, intermediate phases, and quality control.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to support the Purchasing Manager.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of IT tools supporting the Purchasing function in collaboration with IT and Business Intelligence departments.
- Lead or participate in improvement projects and initiatives.
- Manage orders and work orders related to raw materials.
- Schedule and expedite supplier deliveries.
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
- Proven problem-solving, synthesis, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with systems such as Stealth, PLM, and Qlik is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or demand planning roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations.
- Analytical and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of MRP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
3-5 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or demand planning roles.
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
