1. Prepare, verify, and update master materials and accessories in collaboration with R&D, Quality Team, and suppliers.
2. Plan and supervise quality and performance tests in Italy and China on fabrics, leather, and accessories during both collection development and post-industrialization phases.
3. Ensure compliance with international regulations, implementing corrective actions for non-conformities.
4. Manage testing and compliance processes using company systems, updating technical sheets, and recording test results.
5. Collaborate with R&D, product office, Quality Team, modeling, and sustainability departments for material analysis and technical evaluations.
6. Support sustainability initiatives by analyzing and validating sustainable materials and engaging suppliers for continuous improvement.
7. Train and monitor suppliers on compliance requirements, focusing on quality and sustainability.

1. 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing within the apparel sector.
2. Technical knowledge of luxury apparel products.
3. Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Good command of the English language.
5. Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Teamwork orientation.
7. Flexibility and dynamic approach to work.
8. Willingness to travel frequently within Italy to suppliers and headquarters in Milan.
