- Prepare, verify, and update master materials and accessories in collaboration with R&D, Quality Team, and suppliers.
- Plan and supervise quality and performance tests in Italy and China on fabrics, leather, and accessories during both collection development and post-industrialization phases.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, implementing corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Manage testing and compliance processes using company systems, updating technical sheets, and recording test results.
- Collaborate with R&D, product office, Quality Team, modeling, and sustainability departments for material analysis and technical evaluations.
- Support sustainability initiatives by analyzing and validating sustainable materials and engaging suppliers for continuous improvement.
- Train and monitor suppliers on compliance requirements, focusing on quality and sustainability.
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing within the apparel sector.
- Technical knowledge of luxury apparel products.
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Flexibility and dynamic approach to work.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy to suppliers and headquarters in Milan.

5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
