Bottega Veneta Product Compliance & Master Manager

- Prepare, verify, and update master materials and accessories both technically and qualitatively in collaboration with the R&D office, Quality Team, and suppliers.
- Plan and supervise quality and performance tests with laboratories in Italy and China on fabrics, leathers, and accessories during both collection development and post-industrialization phases.
- Ensure compliance by verifying adherence to international regulations (e.g., PRSL Kering, REACH), implementing corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
- Manage testing and compliance processes through corporate systems (e.g., PLM), updating technical sheets, compiling the Quality section, and uploading test results.
- Collaborate continuously with R&D offices, product office, Quality Team, modeling, and sustainability departments for material analysis, technical walk-throughs, and test definitions.
- Support sustainability by analyzing and validating sustainable materials, geolocating, and engaging suppliers for continuous improvement in line with Kering standards.
- Train and monitor suppliers on compliance regulations and requirements, focusing on quality and sustainability.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Technical knowledge of luxury apparel products.
- Proficiency in computer systems (management software and office suite).
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and high levels of dynamism.
- Availability for frequent travel within Italy to suppliers and the headquarters in Milan.
