1. Prepare, verify, and update master materials and accessories both technically and qualitatively in collaboration with the R&D office, Quality Team, and suppliers.
2. Plan and supervise quality and performance tests with laboratories in Italy and China on fabrics, leathers, and accessories during both collection development and post-industrialization phases.
3. Ensure compliance by verifying adherence to international regulations (e.g., PRSL Kering, REACH), implementing corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
4. Manage testing and compliance processes through corporate systems (e.g., PLM), updating technical sheets, compiling the Quality section, and uploading test results.
5. Collaborate continuously with R&D offices, product office, Quality Team, modeling, and sustainability departments for material analysis, technical walk-throughs, and test definitions.
6. Support sustainability by analyzing and validating sustainable materials, geolocating, and engaging suppliers for continuous improvement in line with Kering standards.
7. Train and monitor suppliers on compliance regulations and requirements, focusing on quality and sustainability.

1. At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
2. Technical knowledge of luxury apparel products.
3. Proficiency in computer systems (management software and office suite).
4. Good command of the English language.
5. Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Teamwork orientation.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours and high levels of dynamism.
8. Availability for frequent travel within Italy to suppliers and the headquarters in Milan.
