1. Strategically recruit and expand the Very Important Client (VIC) portfolio through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
2. Curate bespoke experiences tailored to individual client preferences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver impeccable service and a consistent, high-touch experience.
4. Anticipate client needs and offer creative solutions that exceed expectations.
5. Stay informed on luxury market trends and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Palazzo offerings.
6. Maintain consistent One-to-One interactions to deepen client trust and loyalty.
7. Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand events, including fashion shows and private previews.
8. Leverage personal networks to identify and connect with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects.
9. Drive commercial success by translating client relationships into measurable sales results.
10. Act as a host of the Palazzo, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and building long-term relationships.

1. 4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
2. Deep knowledge of the luxury market and refined product categories.
3. Strong alignment with brand values, heritage, and aesthetic.

1. Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Italian are advantageous.

4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
