3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-touch experience across all client interactions.
4. Anticipate client needs and offer innovative, value-driven solutions that exceed expectations.
5. Stay informed on luxury market trends and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Palazzo's offerings.
6. Maintain consistent One-to-One interactions to deepen trust and loyalty with existing clients.
7. Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand events, including fashion shows and private previews.
8. Leverage personal networks to identify and connect with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects.
9. Drive commercial success by converting client relationships into measurable sales results.
10. Act as a host of the Palazzo, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and building long-term relationships.

1. 4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
2. Deep knowledge of the luxury market and refined product categories.
3. Strong alignment with brand values, heritage, and aesthetic.

1. Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Italian are advantageous.

4-5 years in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
